Set your priorities straight. Don’t waste time and energy on a task that can be done later. That’ll only hinder your chances of completing the more important ones. Do the most important things first, and the less important things second.
3.) Schedule breaks, treats, or rewards
When working for long periods of time, it’s good to include incentives that’ll motivate you to keep going. Having well deserved breaks, eating your favorite dessert, treating yourself to a gift when you’re finished. Do anything that’ll help you stay focused, motivated, and get things done.
4.) Put your goals in noticeable places
Writing down your goals and putting them in places you’ll constantly see may help. By your mirror, on your desk, even the sticky notes app on your computer. Constantly seeing the tasks you need to do may motivate you even more to complete them. It’s worth a try!
