Absquatulate

Absquatulate means to leave abruptly.

You’re somewhere you don’t want to be. It can be a boring class, a hated job, or a dreaded dentist’s appointment. You’d prefer to be someplace else and completely away from the situation you’re in right now.

You just want to leave.

If you’re at a party and no longer want to be there because things could go south, leave. But if you’re bored during an important meeting at your job, stay. It depends on the situation whether it’s okay to absquatulate or not, so do it wisely!

So the next time you’re ready to go,

and able to leave,

don’t hesitate,

absquatulate!
